  • Billing: Invoicing will remain the same until December 31, 2025. As of January 1, 2026, we will be offering broader payment options.
  • Expanded Capabilities: By uniting with Fusion Title Search, we now offer:
    • Full Commercial Title Searches
    • Cell Tower Searches
    • Property Title Investigative Research for Expert Witness Testimony in cases of deed theft, foreclosure, and mortgage fraud.
    • Broadening our coverage map nationwide, covering all 50 states giving our customers the ability to use one company for all of your title search needs.
    • Through Fusion Title Search’s collaboration with Home Title Lock, our customers will now have access to the benefits that Home Title Lock offers. Please email us if you are interested in offering Home Title Lock to your customers at closing.
    • Title Commitment Reports. We now can offer your title search in commitment format eliminating the need for retyping pertinent information and legal descriptions.
    • Attorney Opinion Letters. With Fusion Title Search’s extensive collaboration with closing Attorney’s throughout the Nation, as of January 1, 2026, title searches can be accompanied by an attorney opinion letter when necessary.
  • Enhanced Service Quality: With the addition of 17 senior title searchers, and another office we are boosting our capacity for both quality and speed, ensuring even faster turnaround times and meticulous attention to detail.
